So, we decided to try Noodle in her splint again today. This just in, from my Mom via IM:

"noodle is doing great. can stand up all by herself and can lay down too. she was walking around in the barn main area really well. "

Yay!

thanks to Cosmo I have a very good idea of what that splint looks like. ;) He has gotten pretty good and walking with his. He just hasn't realized that he can't jump. I keep having to grab him so he won't attempt to jump down or up on furniture. he's going to be so spoiled.

I'm so glad that little one is able to walk. I know you are relieved.

:D. Little Cosmo is gonna have you WELL trained ;) Maybe he'll take you to the "Look what my human can do!" trials!

and indeed re: the splint, though ours is homemade from a milk jug corner and felted wool, cuz the vet saved us cash by offering us guidelines, rather than selling us a splint. I'll try to snap photos ;).

what a great idea. Cosmo thumps when he walks. It so funny I've been calling him little peg leg.

Cosmo already has me well trained. lol he's spoiled rotten and so cute about it.
