Qualitative Research!
Mar. 31st, 2006 08:44 amWe are having a discussion in a comment thread related to my last post. And the issue is a question of regional language usage. In particular, the colloquialism kitty corner/catty corner. I've always heard the former,
meeby the latter, and
catwithclaws is in my camp. So, I am wonder if this is an east coast / west coast thing, or if the division falls on other lines.
So: What do you say? Kitty corner or catty corner? and roughly where do you live? And if, like
rolypolypony, you hear both, which do you hear more often, which seems more right to you?
